Plinga has a game called "Fairy Farm." I spent $101 on crystals, which are credits in the game. After having achieved a certain level in the game, I now cannot get into the game. I keep getting an error message. I have two other facebook accounts on this same computer and I have the game "Fairy Farm" on both separate facebook accounts and the game works just fine on those accounts. I did not spend money on the other accounts. I have been following their forums on their facebook page "Fairy Farm Official Community" https://www.facebook.com/fairyfarm and I see that I am not the only one with this same problem. I did email them once and got a form letter and I did report them to facebook. What I wanted was back in the game, but at this point I think I would just like a refund of my money, if possible.

- Did you pay with paypal? If you didn't, then you have to call your credit card company. I always, always, ALWAYS use paypal, that way, I can get my money back if I'm duped.. Even though facebook has a "no refund" policy, paypal doesn't follow their policy when it's something like this. Paypal doesn't agree with things like accidental purchases not getting a refund, or not getting a refund for something that is no longer working.
