While searching for a payday loan, I received an email from Williams Online Credit saying that they could fund a loan. I submitted my information in late February. I heard nothing from them. I emailed them on March 13, 2012 for a status and for someone to contact me since they had failed to follow up. Then on March 14, $19.00 was debited from my checking account. When I have called their telephone number, there is no way to talk to a person. All options that you select will only give you an email address for a particular department. There isn't even a way to leave a voice mail message. I am ready to file a complaint with my own states attorney general as well as in Delaware where Williams does business.
