i was due to renew my car insurance in june of 2011 my son had receive hes permit in about august or sept 2011 prior to that my son had hes motor vichele i.d when i recevied my new policey about april my policey increased to three dollars more then i normally pay when i call drivers insurance to find out what happen they told me i fill out a paper stated my son has a permit and hes goes directly on my poiicey i respect what they said and ask how do i get back my old policey payment drivers insurance told me my son permit has to be cancel thats was no problem cause i wasnt aware of what new policeys are out i sent my son permit to albany along with a cancel form it was cancel 5/19/2011 my policey renewal is june 12 2011 i call westbury insuance because they are the underwriter for driver insurance when westbury light house inc told me i have to go and get a new i.d for my son i dont what was ask to ask i was told also from albany motor vichele that my son i.d would be cancel as well as hes drivers permit that was fine with me i just want my son name off my policey right away because i could not afford another name on my policey so when westbury light house told me to get another i.d for my son they would take my son name off policey at first he was suppose to be off policey right away they refuse to remove him still hes permit was surrender in 5/19/2011 i took my son and got hes i.d only in 7/28/2011 and right away i summit hes i.d for my son then the insurance company finally take him off my policey was from 3800 dollars thats a estimated it went from that to 1533.00 i normaly pay 1246.00 with then i was with them for two years they was sent 602.00 in june for my renewel then i sent 423.00 in in of july now i thought i wouldnt have to pay no more till about sept or march i got another bill to pay 125.00 for august when i call westbury about it they tell me i have to pay for the time my son still on policey my son permit was surrender to albany and cancel 5/19/2011 thye want me to pay more money for my son he was cancel why should i pay more when he was cancel before the june renewel he permit was surrender then they said hes permit was surrender 7/28/2011 he received just a i.d card that day at the motor vichele please help me with this situation it hurts i cant afford more money for drivers cause they didnt want to take him off my policey he shouldnt been added on in june when the my son permit was sent to albany my son use to go to a driving school and never use my car i have recipes for all hes driving class i had a good driving record i wouldn let anyone drive my car but i respect the idrivers insuance and did what i was told to do and they still try to take money out my pocket i dont have please help my name is marcella robinson my policey number is pa20169372-04 my phone number is (Personal Info Removed)
