I ordered a dress from tbdress and although it arrived in a timely manner it was the most disgusting dress i have ever seen. It looked nothing like the picture and it looked like a 5 year old had made it. The customer service I received after making a complaint was terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn't have cared less and never had any intention of refunding me even though their website has a refund policy. Don't ever buy from them as they are a scam

- What a different views we have! as for me i also ordered from same company and I liked everything, The delivery was on time and I got exactly what I ordered for. and talk of the quality the dress was really of good quality and I remember sometime receiving a refund after i was not satisfied. I wonder what happen do you case but for it has been my only place i shop online and I have never had any setback whatsoever in all my shopping time with tbdress. everything was excellent including the customers staff who attended me.
