In Sept. of 2010, My husband and I purchase a house from Mrs. Bonaparte,We paid $1500.00 earnest money and $760.00 per month there after up ntil 02/2012
I call mrs. Bonaparte and ask her about putting the house in our name and was told that shehad someone working on it,Later I call (HCAD)Harris County appraisal District and was told that the lady that sold us the house ,it was not- and she could not produce papers showing that it was her house,i call her again and told her how much money we were spending on a house that do not belong to her, she then tells me that she wanted her house back ,we have a contract to deed,and have spent a lots of our saving on this house,as a matter of fact all of it. We moved out of the house because she kept calling and asking for money on a house that do not belong to her,Sense then she have rented this house to someone else, Can I get some or any of my money I have paper work proving what we spent and what she was charging us for this old house,that belongto the estate of Arthut Marie,which died in 2006 The address for this house is 10435 Envoy St. Houston Texas 77016
