Perfumes For a Buck

I signed up for a membership deal with perfumes for a buck around September last year. The understanding was that I would recieve 5 free trial perfumes for the first month then I would be charge $12.99 every month after that and I would recieve 5 sample size perfumes in exchange for the monthly membership fee. I was happy to recieve the first shipment with no issues and decided to upgrade to the more expensive package (which is $17.99pm) which meant I was to recieve 5 x 5ml samples each month. I only recieved three shipments dates as follows; 24/09/2011 (Intital shipment 5 standard items), 26/10/2011 ($12.99 charged and 5 standard items sent) and 31/10/2011 on the shipment listing is has 12 items listed but I only recieved 5 x 5ml samples. I have repeated contacted them to ask that they stop billing me and I would also like a refund for the prducts not recieved. Can you help in any way?
