I made arrangements on a past due balcance on a vehichle 07/07 and was told I was not at any risk for repossession. I told them I would be in hospital Mon/Tues and would go to bank Thursday and western union payment. She agreed to arrangements and noted account. While at Chemo tuesday they repossessed my truck, the only comment I can get from managers at Santander is that the representative I talked to on 07/07 couldn't make those arrangements. They shouldn't have someone who can't make arrangements taking calls and giving the impression that they can notate account or make arrangements.
