Nanda Kumar has been supposedly handling a loan in the original amount of $2000. I was very gullible because then the loan turned to $5000 and then to $10,000. I have been trying to get a loan from Nanda Kumar for 9 months. He always came up with more excuses upon excuses why I needed to send more money and I kept sending the payments. He would try to sweet-talk me into sending more money. I am up to $6500 that I have paid him. He supposedly is doing business under Larry Loan Finance Company, owner Larry Maxwell. The phone number listed for Larry Maxwell is the same as Nanda Kumar's cell phone number. I believe Nanda Kumar and Larry Maxwell are the same person. Supposedly, this company has been in existence since 1996. I'm having a very hard time getting the $10,000 because Kumar continues to ask for more money. I've asked for my $6500 back and all I'm told is I can deduct it from the $10,000. WHERE'S THE MONEY???
