I ordered 2 boxes of Lego from Extrados Limited off of Alibaba.com. I was speaking with a representative Howard Rupert, and we struck a deal for the 2 boxes of Lego at $300.00. I proceeded to send the payment. The payment was collected by Howard Rupert. I asked him for the tracking number for the two packages that I payed for. He declined to send the packages, and asked that I buy 3 additional boxes before he send the two that I payed for. After I asked for a refund, he did not reply in his e-mail. Even more concerning, he deleted his account on Alibaba.com so I cannot report him there. I believe that he had several different accounts on Alibaba.com because they all had the same products, and all displayed the same suspicious behavior. Now all of the linked accounts are gone, and I cannot contact Mr. Howard Rupert. I am afraid that there is no way to get my money back, as I am from Canada.

I got the same scam from Extrados Limited of Alibaba.com with the same name Howard Rupert. He scammed me $1070 with the same strategy. I have reported it here: http://www.scambook.com/report/view/140909/Extrados-Ltd-Alibabacom-Complaint-140909-for-$1,070.00
