Howard Rupert was the representative from Extrados Ltd in Alibaba.com website. I ordered 50 units of legos which cost $1070. I paid the fee and few days later when I asked for the tracking number he said that I would need to order 50 more items because the company policy is minimum 100 units. I refused the order more and asked for my money back, which he never did. He also had given a mobile number which was +4470457 92553. I actually called him couple of times and talked to him. He was trying to convince me to order more and everything will be fine which I didn't fall for it this time. Later I realised +44 70 number is a personal number that most of scammers use and can be from anywhere in the world.
