Please do not order from them. Tbdress is a phony, unprofessional, and careless company. Each of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from the website, and when they received their dresses, the straps were loose, the length was aexceedingly long even with 5" platform heels on, the bust area was made very large, all the dresses could not zip up past the waist. One of my bridesmaids ordered 2 sizes larger than her normal size and it was still too tight at the waist. When I asked for their money they said they wanted pictures of what was wrong, when I emailed the pictures to them, she asked for the confirmation numbers, and for specific pictures. Why didnt she tell me this before I asked my bridesmaids to take the pics? I do not know. They can give the money back after they analyze the pics, BUT we have to pacy for shipping. So, if you really want a succesful experience getting dresses, please do not order with them or else you will be in the same situation as me. I even stayed up so I can call and speak to someone when they opened, and all I got was the busy tone after 10 tries in a duration of 1 hour.
