For a first time customer I've never went threw anything like this. My husband and I are going to an event out of town and when I saw this website I had the dress of my dream with the vast variety of sizes and colors and to have a knock-off that Gwenth P. wore to the grammys how cool of a style.
Went threw the process of registering paid in full needed it to be a rush delivery click off the information went. First sign of trouble no confirmation #. 2nd no answer,3,out of stock,4th the dress have to be mayed.
When I went to check the status of order that's when all Hell broke loose and what made matters worst when my husband signed on he was not a member nor did he place an order. WTF
I did get an email stating the dress I orderd was not in stock now no mention of it when the order was placed. The dress was not ready next unfortunate explanation and it had to be mayed. What.
When you look underneath the payment statement it say your dress will be delivered in a certain ammount of days no mention of seamstress anywhere now I've done some sewing made some dresses you have to be fitted why would I order a dress from overseas Why it makes no sense not even under medication.
Really!!!!!!.
Luckily I had a back up plan and immediately cancelled with credit card and I mean ASAP.
To make matters worst the second email they were asking me for information of my husband I don't think so not giving up any more inforamtion other than the emails I've already sent to this company.
I also tried to call I had to ask the operator how to call overseas I've never called overseas. NO ONE ansewered no voice mail to leave a message.
How can this company do this and get away with taking folk hard earned monies and have the nerve to ask for pictures of the dresses they sent out to customers are you kidding me.
It's time to take this situation to the next level.
BBB and let the proper officials help in some kind of way.
This is the worst expericence I've gone threw.
Check this out there's another website similiar to TB Dress under a different name same website look the clock or time going in the upper right side of website so please be aware.
I'm freaking pissssssed the you know what OFF for Real.
I'm also sorry this happened to other customers who thought the same as myself. Trying to Look Fabulous........
