they call me saying advance of america said i took out a loan for $775.00 and wrote out a blank check frm community bank and used my truck also for collateral and hey said i did ths loan in 2005 and te interest now on the money is 2500 dollars and its do today and if i dont pay them now they are going to file my papers with miami dade county courts and the sherriff will come out to my house with my papers for court.

- that's a scam i experienced this myself and almost hired a lawyer because they stated that the sheriff would be sent to my house and they would have a warrant to search but after doing further research i found out they were just a scam that wanted your credit card information

- OMG - I got that call too..Yes, they are a scam. I have a ball when they call.. Told them that I was looking forward to the Sheriff coming over and hoping he brought the hand cuffs - LOL. I actually got the scammer laughing and he never called back...Relax, you have nothing to worry about! ;->

- You have to understand county check services have access to your private info they are complete scammers that are out to take innocent hardworking victims visa debit information. The main person is in charge of all of this bogus company is probably living outside of the united states or not living in the same state of the collectors. The best thing to do is to contact Federal Trade Commission.
