This company is not able to send the right product as ordered. They show pictures but send a different product. In my case I ordered a blond/grey curly wig and received a straight brown/orange wig. When presented with the images they refuse to acknowledge the problem. I have found similar cases on the internet which makes me believe it is not incompetence but intentionally scamming unsuspecting buyers.
