When ever I had problems with my internet I use to call Telsra. On 21/03/2011 some one called and said he is calling from telstra about my computer he wanted to have a check on that. He asked me to type some thing he said he is going to take control of the mouse and it ranfor more than an hour, and he asked me pay for the cleaning of the computer. At the end he asked me to payfor the service he has done. He produced an in voice on line and I paid by my credit card on the same day for the amount of $204.95 and to update the windows another $49.95. Left and Icon by the name of PCDr.Also asked me to click on that Icon and they will do the services. So far I didnot call them. Recently for about 2 months some body with different names called and told me, they have lost their company has lost the licence to work in Australia therefore they have to refund the money back to their customers. Always they mentioned to me that they are calling from the refund Dept. I asked them to send me a cheque. But they inbsisted me give the same credit card so that they can refund into same A/c. I was sceptical of their idea, but I wanted my money back also. I gave all the details and at the same time I called my credit card (Ignite by Westpac) to find out they have credited my account. To my surprise the officer told me there is a debit for$465.00 dollars. I explained to him that is a fraud and asked him not to honour that. Also I informed him that I got receipt from Wetern union regrding that. When the hackers realised the pmt. has been stopped. They have sent Emails to my all my contacts saying that my family is strandard in spain and as if I am asking for help $2500Dollars to come out of spain. Also they have hacked my computer I didnot have access to any of my contacts untill 23/08/2012. In the mean time I tried to contact Western union about this matter All my 5numbers of mails were returned. My crdit card wans me to show them My contacts with the western union which I am unable to do it. I submit this matter for your investigation.I am prepared to help you in all the ways.
