I use to contact telstra regarding my internet problems. on the23/08/2012 some body saying that they are calling from telstra they wanted to have a check up on my computer,they asked me to type some letters on my computer and got access to the computer.It ran for about an our,after that they asked me to pay for the service and produced an on line bill. I paid $204.95,also updating windows asked for $49.95 and I paid that too. After that they never did any services in my computer. For about last two months different people called me saying that they are calling from the refund department,as they have lost the licence to work in Australia they have to refund the money back to the customers. I asked them to to send a cheque. but they insisted they have to refund into the same A/c. I was a little sceptical but in order to get my money back I gave my credit card details. At the same time I called my credit card to find out about any credit tranactions in to my A/c. To my surprise I found out that their is a debit amount for $465. I explained the matter and asked them to stop making the payment. When the scamers knew that I have stopped making the payment they sent E mails to all my contacts saying that I am strandard in spain and asking for help for $2500. Also they hacked my computer I did not had access untill the 23/08/2012. I submit this matter for your investigation,and agree to co operate with all needfull assistance.
