Just like others I foolishly fell on their trap. I rang the customer service to ask for a returns number but they said they can't give it to me as I have already e-mailed them and they have already sent it throught the post. I tried to cancell mine on the 14th day but they insisted that I shouldn't waited for the last day although I only received the items 7 days before the trial ended (which was not stated on their advertisement by the way that it is only for 14 days trial which starts from the day you order it). How I meant to know if it is right for me or not if I don't try it. And they told me that they have already charged me £75.00 and they can't refund it. So beware of this company and I manage to ger their address coz I insisted on getting it so if you are interested here is address:
