I bought a rechargeable tooth brush from the web store Factoryoutletstore.com. I bought the one is open box stock. After I received I took the tooth brush to charge, after charge couple day still cannot turn on. I call the company they said I can exchange and I can send the packege back for exchange but I have to pay for the shipping.
I told them it is rediculas they send me an item not even work and I have to pay for shipping to exchange. The operator keep saying they have the policy pay for the exchange shipping. So I try talk to the supervisor and a woman with a very rude attuide talk to me and said they won't pay for the shipping for me to send back the item. I ask for her name she said she is Queenie cannot give out last bame. I ask them email a exchange form and now two day I still not receive the exchange form. If I just ask for refund, they will take 15% restock fee and I need to pay for original shipping. The item cost $25.00 I need to pay for return shipping wich is $10.50, and the original shipping abut $10.50, 15% of $25 is $3.75, so my refund is $1.25. I don't see the tooth brush I bought at the web site anymore. End up they will said out of stock and they refund for my purchase which is 11.75, plus I lose $10.50 on shipping.

Thay are a scam business, I go to eopinion website a lot people complaint about their business, but no one can do anything to this company.
