May 30, 2014, I placed an order for a Steiners 10x50mm Safari Ultrasharp Binos, Steiner 50 mm ARD anti-reflective Device and a Anti-fog cloth totaling $574.94. Shipping cost: $61.78. Grand total: $636.72 which I paid thru PayPal. I checked the status of my order on June 5 & was advised that my order was dispatched from their warehouse on June 3 and is enroute Priority Shipping. To this day, I have not received my items. I sent emails to their customer service, however, have not received a response. A reliable & valid company would at least notify you if there were problems with the order, but because I have not received a response, I would have to believe that this company is reliable and deceptive.
