I ordered two dresses from this company and realized that it would take too long to get to me. I emailed them within 2 days of placing the order to tell them that I needed to cancel. I would've called but do not have the money for international calling. They waiting 5 days before getting back to me to tell me the order had shipped one day prior to their e-mail back. I did not actually receive any merchandise until over a week after they said it shipped. When the items came, it was obviously after I needed them. I emailed again and said that I needed to know how to return them. This time it took less than 24 hours for a response telling me that the items needed to be damaged in order for them to accept refund and they proceeded to link me to their return part of the website. In this it says nothing about damage, it only says that I need to email first and receive confirmation. I have these dresses not that do not look like the picture, are not measured correctly according to their website and do not fit, and came after I had needed them. I have explained all of this to them, yet they refuse to accept anything. All I want to do it return them, because I asked to cancel the order in the first place.
