Vincent Arehart, a representive from this company came into my business and lied to me about the costs involoved using "Total Merchant Services" for processing credit card purchases.

I was promised .5% flat fee per swipe. I was charged 2.3% per swipe. My first bill was for $1,200, I called and complained. They said they would lower the rate. The next month my bill was for $900. I was upset that they still were not honoring their original sales pitch of .5% a swipe. They promised they would handle it. They didn't. My next bill was $860.

I cancelled with them, and ended up being charged another $200 for a cancelation fee. I was told by Vincent in his original pitch, that this was not a contract and I could cancel at anytime without a fee. (Another lie.)

I am back with my original company, and my bill this month was for $286. I allowed Vincent to con me out of thousands of dollars, and wanted to let other's know to stay clear of this company.
