I started using Total merchant services 1 year ago and wasn't doing very many credit card transactionsa few a month for about $500.00 per month. This week I had some larger transactions go through totaling about $3,200.00. The turn over is supposed to be 24-48 hours. After 4 days(incl SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) I had not received my money. I called to question why I had not received it in my acct. I was told they put a "reserve" (i still don't know what that means) on my acct, and the funds wont be available for another 24-48 hours. I was upset as i need this money for projects and to pay employees etc... After another 48 hours, the funds were not in my acct. again I called and was told it would be 3 more days. I asked to speak to a manager. I was sent to a voice mail . I left a message and was not called back. I called about 5 times and spoke to 5 different reps and the same thing kept happening. I was patient with the customer service reps, until I got a bitchy Woman that set me off. They think my money is theirs to give to me at their disposal. THIS IS MY MONEY! Its been 7 days with no funds. I don't know what I can do other than complain. The funny thing is that I got billed $152.00 for the money I that have not received. I am reading that a 200.00 cancellation fee will be charged when I was told no cancellation fee and I could cancel at any time. But I will gladly pay that money to get rid of this company. don't do business with them you will regret it as i do.
