I recived a memo with a United Airline letterhead thinking they was associated with Untied airlines. When I called the 800 number made my reservations and paid $451.00 thinking I would be getting a 5 star hotel not only did they not give me the five star hotel they wanted me to pay more money. At this pioint I thought this is a fraud and I cancelled the reservations. I want my money back and I have submitted a compliant with the better business bureau to report them.
