The reason I just found this is becasue I chose to have paperless statements. Never again! I happened to log on to check a current fraud charge and foud a whole bunch of them. I tried to contact my credit card company and of course got someone who speaks with such a thick accent, I got very frustrated. Now I cant log back in. I want this credited back to my card.
