The company sells investment cds. The program is too dificult to use and I have phoned for their gauranteed customer help, only to be told not to worry about it and just phone them for the information. I have paid a lot of money for a program I dont even know if it works. I was using their phone line advice and I lost a further $5,000 in 3 months. I have emailed the company several times and complained which has got me nowhere.
