This company is running a scam selling horse betting software which does not work as they guarantee it will. It was indicated that they had sold 100 of these "Investment Packages" at half price, $4500, with the other half payable after 6 months. You are also urged to set up a "Funding pool" with your TAB for $1000.
This was guaranteed to grow to $10,000 in 6 months using their software and hotline for place bets on racehorses.
The amount they have scammed from people like myself will be in the order of $500,000.
After 6 months, not only have I lost the purchase money, but also the investment pool which steadily shrank to nothing, as will be the case with their other "clients"
I have made requests for my money to be refunded to no avail.
I did recieve a letter by post today saying that they are bound by law not to refund.
We need our money back and these crooks driven out of business.
Customers are approached through cold-calling and talked into receiving a brochure to do with "Investment" displaying healthy returns in the "Thoroughbred Industry", followed by more calls, and advice to obtain credit to participate.
Myself and about 99 other people want our money back.
