I ordered a dress for £94, dress does not suit me so need to return it, have been e-mailing company for the last 3 days but still cannot get a return address from them, all I keep getting is e-mails asking me to send a picture of the dress so they can see what the problem is even though I have told them 3 times the colour and style does not suit me, they have also offered me £20 compensation but still no address or offer of full refund. According to them I have 15 days to return it.
which they are stopping mefrom doing. I think this is a scam. Can I do anything about it.

I am in the same situation, only ordered 4 dresses (312 EURO). I have already returned them, to a given address in the UK. They have now promised to a refund of 90%, but currently nothing has happened yet. I got e-mails from 10 different persons.
It all seems very dodgy and a scam to me by now. I have already started a dispute via paypal as well.
What is your status. Has it been resolved by now? -
