I ordered two prom dresses. The website said refunds are available. The dresses were mis shaped and I asked for a refund. The UK phone number doesn't get answered ever.
The company have offered to pay half of the fees for me to have the dresses altered here.
They asked me to send photos of the dress and I did and they asked me to send them again.
They have stopped emailing back and no offer of refund or exchange.
