I have paid 90 Euro to usagc.org for subscribing to the Green Card Diversity VISA Program for a period of 2 years.
Apart this, I have been called by them (in the person of [email protected]) who offered me their so called "Immigration Package" that I have paid 273,95 Euro.
Apart the fact that this package does consist in just one cheap small book and a CD, the parcel is arrived with an invoice for a declared value of 20 USD.
The first possibility is that they have charged me 273,95 Euro for something which has a value of 20 USD (which is a fraud).
The second one is that they got an income of 273,95 Euro (among 355 USD) and they declare an income of 20 USD to their Country Tax Authorities (which is illegal, I presume)

For some reason (possibly my mistake) this complaint got the title of "Y R Benefits".
This further notice is for remarking that this complaint is referred to "Usagc.org".
I am certain that there is evidence of this by reading the entire text; anyway it is my duty to specify that I don't know "Y R Benefits" and it has been not my intention to report a compliant against this subject. -
