Horrible customer service and extremely poor quality of dresses!!! Asked for pictures of measurements as a delay tactic to avoid giving me a refund!!! I sent several sets of pictures based on their request and still am not getting this matter resolved!!! It has been over a month and I keep getting more request to send pictures to prove that the dress isn't as described. All I want is an address to send this horrific dress back and I want a full refund!!! The dress wasn't the correct shade of purple as described, it was poorly sewn with loose seams and poor quality of fabric(very unprofessional), and did not resemble the picture as advertised. I wouldn't reccommend this company to anyone!!! A horrible experience and the quality of the company and customer service is terrible!!! Avoid buying anything from TBDress.com!!!!
