I placed an on line order for Nkon D700 with two lenses as a package deal on Sunday, 4/22 and tried to contact the company but got a voice recording stating they weren't open. the following day I was contacted by a salesperson that told me this wasn't a US version and couldn't be serviced in the US (something not listed on there website) so I tried to cancel the order. He told me I would get charged a 30% restocking fee if I canceled but could change the order to something similar. This is for my daughter, who lives in Maui, and she's the camera expert, not me. I told him he'd have to clear it with her before placing the order. Long story made short, the order was placed anyway without any authorization and was shipped. I researched the camera and found it was also an international version is spite of what I had been told and instructed my daughter to refuse shipment. Unfortunately her boyfriend accepted it but it was never opened. My wife and I visited my daughter a few weeks later and we drove the package to the UPS location and they returned it with a receipt sent to me with a signiture of the person that accepted it. Someone from this company contacted me in HI at 5am wanting to know if they should add the shipping charge to my credit card. I asked he call back later to discuss this but no one ever called back and no one has contacted me since.

Since then I've made several attempts to have them credit my account for the amount with no success. My credit card company has also made serveral attempts to resolve this without any resolution. To date, I'm still out $1,399.99 and have no product.
