This was very cruel hoax. My 98 year old mother was "guaranteed" $1.77 million dollars, if she would send $20 for the armored car delivery, and $25 for processing fee. I had a funny feeling so called Publishers Clearing House (so she had entered the contest thru) and was told it was not them and probably a fraud. She has since received 3 more mailings wanting money. This needs to be stopped!
