I made a mistake and thought I was calling Apple..instead I called my tech support who mislead me and gave me the impression that they were with Apple technical support. I was trying to locate a lost iphone when he proceeded to tell me that that service wasn't free. It would cost me $99.99 for this service. I told him that I couldn't do that, so he said he would get it down to $9.95 after a rebate that would be sent to me. I was then transferred to another person who told me that he could not track the phone and asked me to log onto my computer and open some files so he could help me with my problem. I told him that I wasn't ok with doing that and I wouldn't agree to let him have access to anything on my computer. I have tried numerous times to get back through to this company to get refunded only to be put on hold forever and eventually get hung up on. This is definitely a scam!
