NEVER EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

On January 3rd 2013, I placed and order for a sweater, a dress and a long coat.

My order came in two packages. The first package only contained my sweater, which had 8 holes! To me, that's unacceptable, so I wanted to return this item.

First I tried to contact customer support through the chat-service on the website. Almost immediately I was told that my problem could not be solved here, and I was given a link to where my problem could be solved. When I clicked on it, I just went back to the home page of the website. I tried this a couple of times, but same results.

I decided to send an e-mail instead. I took pictures of the sweater and marked the holes clearly visible. It's been more than a month, but still no answer.

When my second package arrived with the coat and dress, I thought the quality was very poor. Several customers left extremely positive reviews lauding the 'wool coat'. I received a one layer thin cheap polyester coat that was also 7 cm shorter than the description. I noticed the dress also did not resemble the picture and on top of that, the stitching was done on the wrong side!

Since e-mailing didn't work, I tried to call customer support several times, but no answer. TBdress' Customer Support does not seem to exist.

I'm losing hope of ever getting my $55,44 back for the cheap imitations of the pictures.
