They offer an online first aid course recommended by their partners in crime www.sevenseasrecruitment.com. After paying the fee through a third party processor it is apparant that the course is a total fraud. They do not respond to any emails.

This customer came to our organization and obtained First Aid Certifiaction. Certificate was emailed within 24hrs as is our terms. Subsequently, they asked for a refund stating that our company was affiliated with sevenseasrecruitment.com and this was some kind of scam. After assuring that we are not affiliated with this company and refunding the customer; we contacted sevenseasrecruitment.com to learn more about this insident and they stated that they are a recruitment firm in this industry and had referenced our organization for the individual to obtain their first aid certification in a timely manner.
We received another email complaint from someone who had apparently found this post online and we took it upon ourselves to try to resolve the issue. Our organization is not affiliated with sevenseasrecruitment.com however that is not to say that they are not legitimate, from our conversation they are a legitimate recruitment firm who simply reference our organization. -

Avoid this business! They are fraud! Luckily I got my money back from my bank by filing a complaint with them! They do not follow their terms or email back. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

- Update from my original post of 03/18/2013......After complaining to their payment processor and their website hosting company, I got a refund. READ ON....You can easliy access their course and test by going to www.americanfirstaid.org/firstaidcourse/ no need to pay anything. You'll see their garbage course and final "test". I took the test again and went out of my way to answer everything incorrectly and entered a temporary email address. Within a few minutes I got an email with my First Aid certificate. Any attempt on the part of tis company to suggest to anyone that they're legit is an absolute joke.
