Total scam.....you are referred to this company after being contacted by Seven Seas Recruitment. You are told that you need to have first aid certification in order to be hired. Once you make payment to americanfirstaid.org, you receive ZERO additional contact.
My husband is an IT analyst and upon researching found that both companies were hosted by the same organization, and both websites/domains are hosted in Toronto, Canada.
