I am disgusted by this'Free trial of Derma juvenate' £4.99 + £1.99 P&P which was the agreed fee, but then i discover today that a addtitional £89.71 has been taken from my bank account. These people should not be allowed to get away with this!!!!!

- I was also caught out with this offer and wish I had read about Derma Juvenate sooner. Luckily I cancelled my card so they won't be able to take any money. This offer was very misleading and it didn't mention about the additional fees on the same page. I tried to go back to the webpage and it didn't seem clear and had a page saying 'thank you.' I emailed the company to cancel this but it was an automated email. Then I rang my bank and explained the situation to them, because I had paid by debit card they said they had to honour the payment and couldn't cancel it as no further money had been taken yet! I found this very frustrating as I thought banks were meant to protect their customers and they wouldn't cancel my card or send me a new one unless it was lost or stolen. I am 100% sure that Derma Juvenate would have taken further funds if I hadn't lost my card.
