I admit that i used the spokeo website to loopup one particular name in a trial period, which i canceled before the 3 days trial period was over, i could not provide me the requested info. nevertheless spokeo charged my credit card with 14.95 on 4 march 2013 and 19.95 on 9 march 2013.
I don't find any mail concerning my subscription so i am in the dark right now will they charge me again in april i surely hope not. if they do i will file a complaint with the distributor of my credit card. As i have no idea how i can login on the spokeo website i don't now how to stop this nonsense.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not aware of our subscription terms and certainly wish to help you resolve the issue. All Spokeo subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal until manually cancelled by the user. Spokeo is a People Search Engine, providing premium access to members who wish to perform name, phone, email or username look-ups. Since our Premium services are only available through subscription-based plans, accounts will automatically renew if left active. This is to prevent any service interruption. We do try to make this very clear on our payment page by including it in the disclaimer which has to be agreed to before the purchase is processed. In addition, the information is included in the confirmation receipt sent immediately after payment, as well as in our Terms of Use. I do apologize again if this was unclear in any way.
