MY NAME IS LASHAUN (Personal Information Removed). ON MARCH 11, 2013 A CERTIFIED LETTER WAS SENT TO REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION STATING A PAYMENT WAS TO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE LETTER. NOW, I PAID THE SERVICE CHARGE AS AGREED. REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION NEVER GOT THE LETTER. CURRENTLY AS OF 4/17/2013, MY VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESSED. AS A PROMISE FROM YOUR COMPANY ONCE THE SERVICE CHARGE WAS PAID VIA MONEY GRAM, THEN WE WILL RELEASE THE PAYMENT IN A FORM OF A CERTIFIED CHECK.
I HAVE TAKEN LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS THIS MATTER IN A FORM OF A SCAM AND FRAUD. I HAVE SENT IN NUMEROUS EMAILS AND COMPLAINTS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY. I ASKED FOR MY SERVICE CHARGE IN RETURN OR PAY REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION.
IF NO RESPONSE IN NOT RECEIVED WITH 48 HRS OF THIS EMAIL, I WILL GO TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
