I had used this search page to try and locate a person, the was a three day trial period. I canceled before the end of three days however the billing began. Spokeo and Privpro are one in the same, so cancel one, then the other bills. It's as if you never canceled.
This is being done through my PayPal account so I have been able to recover most of the billings.
