I ordered a so called free trial bottle of Juveneu anti wrinkle Serum, when it arrived no statement or letter was attached to state whether further orders were required. To my surprise, my credit card statement arrived and I found a charge of $US 84.71 2 weeks after the postage was charged.
After searching on the Juveneu website, I contacted the customer service to cancel and I was informed only 14 days from the same supply bottle was free and the rest was to be paid.
This is misleading and false advertising.
Not so FREE at all.
