I bought a used Toyota Camry in 2007 August from this company. It was in good running condition and I do all the routine service and maintenance in the service center there since I buy the car. Last march I had a oil change and they found some oil leaks. I replied I did not see any oil in the parking. And they explained me that it is not a terrible leaking, but the joints looks like , in simple words just like sweating. But I was not able to fix that at that moment. Again I fixed another appointment to fix it. It was in July, they said they fixed it. and charged me $1109.29.Then when I driving my car I found terrible steam around my car,I was scared. and I see a terrible oil leaking . Again I went back to the service center and the result was surprised me. The fluid leaking onto the pipes causing smell. And they guaranteed me it will stop after few days. They scheduled another appointment after two months. And they found that the head gasket is leaking, and asked me $1700.00 to fix that. It hurt my heart that they keep asking money thousands always. I have another Honda Accord 07 model, and I afraid to do the service in O HARE HONDA.So I am looking for a nice solution from the management.
