Purchased wig from this company sent wrong product twice. Spoke with somebody in Edmonton office told ever thing would taken care of and I would receive the right wig.Guess what they sent wrong wig again. Since the no one answering the phones ,live chat down and emails unanswered. As this company is working out of Alberta is it not possible for the consumer protection agency to look into this business.. They cannot be allowed to go on taking advantage of customers like this especially venerable people who in most cases would not be buying this product if they did not need it. Hoping you can help. Disappointed.
