PRAY NOTHING GOES WRONG!!!! If it does they could care less! Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. I ordered a dress from this site. My shipping date came and went without notice. Suddenly the dress arrives crammed in a small box with loose beading and a endless hem. I am ticked off! I requested a refund for the dress and they say "sorry, you can fix it yourself, it's easy." Who does that?!!!! I have been requesting a refund for three weeks now, and now they appear to be ignoring me because I am asking to speak with someone higher. They have tarnished my wedding experience with their lack of customer concern and unprofessionalism. Also, this company has found a way to post false reviews on some sites to boost their rating. Do your research please!!!

- I am sorry for problems you had with TB dress. I think we should advice the company on areas where it needs improvement for better services. Online shopping has been the latest best methods that I like using to shop. I have been comparing different websites and for clothing I have liked Tbdress .This site has some improvement compare to the rest. If only the work on refund policy I think it will be nice. The cancellation of the order time should be lengthen .I have shopped at Tbdress like 5 times and so far the site is fair on terms of service. Their pricing of the products are quite cheap.
