Booked through website and called to confirm reservation. Was informed that my reservation didn't exist. They are totally a scam site and criminally should be held responsible for this and other cases.

Olotels has a certain number of rooms booked in our partner hotels. The names of the passengers can only be released to the hotel 2 days prior to arrival. It is only normal for the hotel to not have any trace of your name or reservation number when calling them too soon.
If you wish to verify or reconfirm your booking, kindly contact our customer service Monday to Friday at 0044 (0) 208 819 79 18 from 6 am to 10 pm (GMT) and from 10 am to 6 pm (GMT) during week-ends.
