I've been in contact through numerous emails and even sent the not real bags back. Only to have them stuck in customs and the so called store won't work with me to receive them back. Now they have quite responding to my emails. They don't offer customer satisfaction despite what their web site said. This is nothing but a scam! I did notice that when I received the package they declared the value of the so called "real" bag at $12!!!!!
