Has any merchant ran a deal with Living Social where Living Social misprinted the offer and made a good for ONE person into a Good For Two?
That happened on a deal that ran from 9/18/12 - 1/8.did from 10/2012 to 1/08/2013 and they never said a word. They had refunded several customers in the very last two weeks of the deal and never even told me and my last check was a joke for 398.17 and I got $21.75. I have had so many problems stemming from this and I thought they would do something after 12 phone calls but I never even got a return call. Poor customer service reps. Seems like no one is at the head of this ship. At least when a problem arises. I have ran 6 previous deals and never even thought that they could mess things up this bad! I feel like all they did was cover this up and minimize the issue in fact the issue was not even addressed. This screw up was big as I have one from 4 stars on YELP to two and the last deal ran did almost 50% less sales.I wonder why? They have tried to cover this up,and with not even one return call that deals with this problem and how it has impacted me and my company. Its been a lot of shucking and jiving and coniving. They had assigned a sales manager to handle this and his only remedy for this was to find my company another daily deal platform, Can you believe that? The FINAL WORD from Sales Manager Frank Frisibe was that they do not want to continue our relationship. I toured so many people and all at a major discount that they got a 40% commission on for just running my promotion. But to cause me so much loss and aggravation without even acknowledging it! I have a great repoire with Groupon as I did Living Social. They went in and removed all the past deal information in the merchant portal and now there is NO Information listed!

They sold almost twice the sales as any deal we ran prior and now I know why! My yelp reviews are down to two stars. I lost two merchants that were letting the tour eat there and I wound up touring people that bought the deal for 36.00 in which I get about 19.00 now with the mess up I goit about 9.00 which for a food & wine tour is ridiculous. I also asked if they would send a letter to those who bought the deal just to clear the air. They never even did that. After reading their lame ass contract it appears they can not be held accountable for anything! At least that what they think. EVER READ THEIR CONTRACTS - THEY CAN DO NO WRONG! BEWARE EVERYONE. MUCH BETTER TIME WITH GROUPON! PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES - CAN YOU SAY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT??? 951.852.5532. I never thought a company who makes Soooooo much money off merchants would be so disrespectful to those who work so hard redeeming and trying to generate a profit. It is pitiful and completely unacceptable!
