This is the biggest Scam with Rental Cars ever !
They won t let you leave until you have paid for bogus scratches on the car.
Somebody should really involve the police and shut down this company !!!
Just look at all the complaints on trip advisor, the y use the same scam over and over.

You should definitely send a letter to the embassy and include copies of the tripadvisor comments.
Do not ever leave a rental car lot if there is a scratch or damage without having it recorded on your rental agreement. -
