The company and its advertisement are a fraud. they tell you one price and charge another 29.99 jumped to 119.00,also on the phone they ask for your credit card information 1st, then offer you all types of add-on's to get you to add, then end the call without telling you how much its gonna cost you.I found out my price when i checked my account online.So i called them to cancel, in which they take a part of that from you to,saying its for shipping and handling 7.95 x 4 in which case they say its already coming to you in the mail.Just so they can collect some money even though this product is no good.You can hear 30 times nothing. If its for an older person it want help them at all.And if you can hear,it doesn't serve a purpose its just like headphones you buy at a Dollar Store.
