They mislead people into thinking they are based in the UK,Eu or USA They don't give return address or telephone number.
Here is a copy of an email they sent when I asked for a refund.
By the way,you need to pay at least 40-45GBP for return postage to our factory in China.and you need to pay the custom?20GBP?,if the order lost on the way,we will refund you nothing.
> We can refund you 35GBP within 24hours ,this is our last decision.
